The Man Kung drop away arrow rest is suitable for compound bows but not for recurve bows. The reason for this is that only compound bows are equipped with cables, and the cord of this arrow rest must be tied to one of those cables. Due to this construction, the fork rises when you draw the bow. When you release the string, the fork will fold down and the arrow will shoot away. With this arrow rest a higher arrow speed can be achieved than with a whisker biscuit arrow rest because the hairs of a whisker biscuit arrow rest cause some friction. This arrow rest comes with a mounting bolt and is adjustable from left to right and from front to back.
