Returns and refunds

In accordance with the law, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product.
Once we have received the product, you will be refunded for your purchase. If the returned item was the only item in your order, you will also be refunded the shipping costs. You are responsible for the return postage costs.
When you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all its accessories and, as far as possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or parts are missing, the refund may be reduced. Within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s), we will refund the full amount if the product(s) has been returned in good condition.
